Our client was identified as the robber by two separate witnesses who had no reason to lie and did not know each other.  They identified our client based on his very unique facial features.  We convinced the jury that he had been misidentified and that there were so many holes in the government’s case that they could not convict him.  He was acquitted of all charges.
