When a client is already on probation and they get arrested again the battle is going to be uphill.  While on probation our client was accused of threatening a family with a knife in a road rage incident.  By securing the video of the incident we were able to catch the witnesses in a lie.  When the truth came out the government dismissed the new case and allowed the client to return to probation.

Charges:  Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; on probation for 2 other felonies

Time Faced: 30 years in prison with a 5 year minimum mandatory sentence

Result: Aggravated Assault dismissed, probation reinstated
