Police witnessed our client on top of a truck breaking the windows with a hammer.  No matter how bad the evidence is in a case, the government cannot win if they cannot get the witnesses into court.  We knew from our investigation that these witnesses were not likely to come to court, so rather than accept a bad plea agreement we set the case for trial.  When the government found out their witnesses were not cooperating, they dismissed the case.

Charges: Armed Burglary with a Battery x2; Throwing a Deadly Missile 

Time Faced: 2 Life sentences plus 15 years
