Our innocent client was facing life in prison.  The government would not listen to our arguments that the evidence showed he was innocent, so we filed numerous motions with the court arguing for dismissal based on speedy trial rights violations and vindictive prosecution.  After reviewing our motions, the government dismissed the case rather than try to justify their decisions.
