Trials on charges with police officer victims can be more difficult because juries start out wanting to believe the police.  Our job is to show them that even police can misremember or lie.  In this case we used our cross examinations to show that the two police officers weren’t credible because they had coordinated their stories to hide information.  The jury agreed and found our client Not Guilty.
